Shipping/Return Policy

PRODUCTION TIME: We create your custom and handmade product within 2 weeks. We work hard to give our customers a fast turnaround, we know you're excited to get them on your pets!

SHIPPING: You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order ships. Most USA orders once shipped deliver within 3-6 business days, depending on region. We ship out of Denver, Colorado. International shipping times vary. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and for managing this once package arrives in destination country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

USA customers receive free shipping for purchases over $150. Please ensure the address you have provided is correct at time of checkout, and is to a deliverable address. Returned packages marked as undeliverable due to Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, etc., are subject to shipping costs. Dogwood Collars does not insure packages under $150 and we are not liable for undeliverable packages.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:  Dogwood Collars are hand-crafted, made-to-order collars, and therefore all sales are final. Please reference the Size Guide before purchasing and email us if you have any questions prior to purchase, or would like a sizing confirmation! If you measured your animal's head or neck as outlined in the size guide properly, and you believe there's been a mistake on sizing, or if your item arrived damaged, please email or use the Contact form to notify us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can work on a solution. That said, if you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
